BEDS: Two twin beds with comforter, sheets, and pillows.
GUESTS: Sleeps 2 comfortably.
AMENITIES: Fresh linens upon check-in only, wood flooring, bedside tables, heater, fan, outlets, porch, private picnic table area, locking front door, close proximity to the bathroom house (dry cabin, no facilities in room).
Parking for up to two vehicles directly in front of cabin.

Showers and Drinking Water:
Showers are $4 each, located at the bathhouse, and are not included with the reservation of a cabin. Payment in cash can be made to the blue box by shower doors, and a QR code is also provided. Drinking water is available at the bathhouse from the sink or hose bib.

WiFi Information:
Fiber Optic WiFi is an amenity available specifically in the Social Area for public use. Additional WiFi amenities are available for those reserving cabins. The Rock Ranch cannot guarantee the quality of signal, and that there will be no disruptions in service as the property is in a forest. You may bring a satellite if you own one. If you are not camping at the Rock Ranch feel free to make a Day Use contribution to one of the blue boxes for the use of the facilities (water, restrooms, WiFi).

If high quality and undisrupted internet service is a requirement for your needs then consider using the free public services of the Ten Sleep or Worland Library (they do accept donations), or booking your stay in town with another rental. If you use the WiFi of a local business for an extended period of time consider being a patron. We also suggest you park further away from the front of the establishment, so as to offer regular customers and folks with disabilities ease of parking. I have read and accept the terms & conditions, and cancellation policy for the Ten Sleep Rock Ranch.  These include (but are not limited to) cancellation or reservation edit instructions, mail policy, pet policy, internet/wifi amenity limitations, and release of liability. (It is recommended that you thoroughly read this page, as we reserve the right to refuse service and refunds).

I, the responsible party listed on this reservation, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: 1. The risk of injury from any activities participated in on the property is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and, 2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, 3. I willingly agree to comply with the posted and customary terms and conditions of participation., 4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Ten Sleep Rock Ranch, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property associated with my presence or participation, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
