REMINDERS:

*Check In is at 3:00pm
*Check Out is at 11:00am
*Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am

LATE ARRIVAL- If you expect to arrive late into the night, please feel free to register your campsite selection in the morning. If you are in a cabin we will leave the key inside and the door unlocked.

CAMPING- Register under the blue social canopy by returning an envelope and placing a tag on your post.
On your envelope write the reservation name, not the occupant name.
You are responsible for knowing how many vehicles are allowed on your specific site.
Keep your dog/pets leashed at all times, and pick up after them.

CANCELLATION POLICY –
Requests can be made via email by responding to your confirmation, emailing us at info@tensleeprockranch.com , or calling us at (307) 366-2096.
We appreciate your patience in waiting for a response and resolution.

Camping Policy:
Full Refund = 7 day advanced notice required before start date of reservation to receive full refund. 
$5 Cancellation Fee = Within 7 days advanced notice before start date of reservation a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund. 
No Refund = Once reservation has begun there are no refunds.
Date Changes = 7 day advanced notice required before start date of reservation to change dates without a fee. Within 7 days advanced notice before start date of reservation a $5 change fee will be required. A refunded amount may apply if reservation is shortened. Additional charges may apply if reservation is extended. Once reservation has begun we cannot accommodate any date changes.

Cabin Policy:
10% Cancellation Fee = 7 day advanced notice required before start date of reservation to receive a refund less a 10% fee. 
15% Cancellation Fee = Within 7 day advanced notice before start date of reservation a 10% fee will be deducted from any refund. 
No Refund = Once reservation has begun there are no refunds.
Date Changes = No fees will be applied to date changes if request is made before the start of the original reservation. A refunded amount may apply if reservation is shortened. Additional charges may apply if reservation is extended.
