In the meantime, we hope the information below is helpful. The site may be ready before March 1st, so don’t hesitate to return in February to check. As a small business the ‘in house design team’ is Valarie, and she is not a website designer, photo editor, or payment processing expert. Thank you for your understanding and patience as she updates the entire system.

COMMON QUESTIONS AND IMPORTANT RULES –
- Types of Recreation Vehicles: We do not accept fifth wheelers. We do not have RV hookups, a dumping station, or pull through sites. Small tow behind trailers (ie teardrops) are acceptable, as well as camper vans. Ask any size questions ahead of time, especially for the back orchard.
- Pets: Leashes are required at all times for the safety of all dogs, owners, and vehicles. Owners must pick up their own pet’s waste. A scooper is available at the Social Pavilion to borrow. Owners are responsible for any damages. We reserve the right to ask a pet and its owner to vacate the premises.
- Parking: Each campsite has space for a specific number of vehicles. Read the individual campsite description carefully. Always bring leveling blocks if you sleep in a vehicle.
- Showers: Located at the bathhouse, are $3 each, open to the public, and are not included with the reservation of a campsite or rental of a cabin.
- Packages: Mail can be sent to the Rock Ranch address. Items are stored on a communal shelf behind the large house. Package delivery is a free convenience, not a service. The Ten Sleep Rock Ranch assumes no liability for package delivery, security, or loss. 3278 E US HWY 16, Ten Sleep WY 82442.
- You will be asked to read and confirm that you agree with all of our Terms and Conditions before completing your reservation. It is your responsibility to read this policy, which is linked in all reservation confirmation emails.
CANCELLATION POLICY –
We are currently in the process of updating our policy to better reflect the common situations that arise regarding cancellations and changes to reservations. We appreciate your patience. Please check back soon, as this information will be released before the website updates are complete. If you have questions before the new policy is released, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are happy to help as we understand you are likely planning your yearly vacations now and require answers to your questions.
WiFi & INTERNET –
While there is fiber cable WiFi on the property the signal is generally only useful for internet searches, social media, and emailing. We cannot guarantee that the bandwidth will be strong enough (especially during peak visitor months) to attend a Zoom meeting or upload/download large files. We suggest visiting the Ten Sleep Library, which is about 10 minutes away. They accept donations. If you use a local business’ WiFi for work related activities consider being a patron. We also suggest you park further away from the front of the establishment, so as to offer regular customers and handicapped folks ease of parking. Thank you for supporting our town and being a good visitor ambassador.
